This initiative capitalises on the experience FIS and Studio Associato Servizi Professionali Integrati have acquired from numerous projects providing advice and support to companies in relation to Legislative Decree 231/01. The club aims to promote the development of a “melting pot” to combine the knowledge and skills relating to Legislative Decree 231/01 acquired both in-company (at various different levels and in different departments) and from case law and academic opinion, and to provide its members with ongoing professional updates.

The initiatives promoted by Club 231 consist principally of workshops on specific subjects, which aim not only to “inform and be informed” of particular issues, but also to create an effective and direct opportunity to make comparisons and share experiences, focusing particularly on application, also thanks to the contributions of qualified professionals and eminent representatives from academic and legal backgrounds.

Alongside such initiatives, FIS has created Web Forum 231, a website designed and managed in dedicated sections (forum, newsletter, documents, meetings, etc.).
